Dear Reader:
> For anyone who’d like to register for my next Zoom talk about Winning the Ten Crucial Days, the link is as follows — Washington Crossing American Revolution Round Table (October 12).
> I anticipate posting a link to my Zoom talk for the Newark Public Library, Newark, NJ (December 2 — please note that this is an update from the previously scheduled date of November 18) as soon as it becomes available.
> In the near future, I hope to post a link to a YouTube video of a talk I recently gave via Zoom for the Morris-Jumel Mansion in upper Manhattan on my fourth book, The Battle of Harlem Heights, 1776 (September 16)—am waiting to hear from MJM about that. In addition, I’m advised that a recording of a talk I recently gave for the National Museum of the U.S. Army on Winning the Ten Crucial Days (September 17) will be made available on the museum’s website at some point, but probably not anytime soon.
> I’ve received what I like to call invitations in principle to speak about my next book, General Washington and the Calculus of Victory, from the National Museum of the U.S. Army and the Princeton Battlefield Society—that is, a serious expression of interest in a speaking engagement but with an actual date to be determined, presumably next fall around the time that publication is scheduled in the U.S. (October, following its U.K. release in August).
> Reviewer comments received to date for the next book can be found on this website here, where I’ll be posting them as they come in. They are not on the book’s Amazon page because I haven’t submitted them to the publisher yet. I’ll be doing that once I turn in my manuscript, which is due by March 1.
Happy Fall.
